Returns

We want you to love your purchase! Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging when applicable

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dianaaslanian.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Shipping & Handling

Defective or incorrect items: We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Standard returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Store Credit Only 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a store credit that can be used online on any item you choose. 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
• Items returned after 14 days
