Coffee Products All coffee sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on coffee orders.
All Other Products We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
